Allie is the Master Stylist and Owner of APH & Co. She is an AVEDA trained stylist specializing in Cut & Styles. Along with that training she specialized in Bridal styles.
APH & Co. formally know as Allie Powell Hair was created in 2018 when she and her family lived in Louisville, Kentucky. Her love for brides and their unique styles is why she loves to create. She’s done over 100 Brides and still looks forward to meeting new brides every year!
When she’s not being a Bridal Stylist she’s hanging out with her husband and 4 kids! She loves the Lord and desires APH & Co. to be a reflection of Him!
She is fueled by intentional conversations, coffee and creativity.

Hi! I'm Lauren, and I have done hair for 18 years! I realized at that time, I have a huge passion for bridal hair and making people feel beautiful! I love meeting new people and enjoy being a part of their special day. On my off time, I enjoy family time, nature, cooking, and watching kids play sports.

I’ve been creating beautiful wedding hairstyles since 2013, and in 2024, I began pursuing my passion more professionally with APH&Co. I love being part of such special moments and helping clients feel their very best. Along with styling, I’m also a teacher, which has given me a love for connecting with people and bringing out their confidence. When I’m not in the classroom or behind the chair, you can usually find me spending quality time with my family, enjoying a good game night, or playing or watching sports.
